   We at Affinity Home Care Agency are family owned and treat yours as well as we would our own. We are located in Commerce Township, Michigan and services a large part of metro Detroit.  We are excited to be a part of a growing community and able to service people in need.  We strive to make sure every patient is 100% satisfied and our nurses aim to make your health care as comfortable as possible. 

    Our staffed registered nurses and home health aides who use state of the are health care equipment and treatments to provide therapeutic care. Members of the nursing staff serve as the critical link between the patient and his or her physician.
